Marquee event planning

Our friendly team are here to work closely with you, from the initial idea through to the event itself. Following your first enquiry, we will prepare a proposal to present to you. As part of that process, and at no extra charge, an experienced member of planning staff will visit the site you have selected to check its suitability.

When a proposal has been agreed, we submit a fixed cost quotation together with installation information and a timetable for construction and breakdown. At that point we finalise any alterations you might require to the plan.

As the date of the event draws closer, we arrive on site and install the marquee structures to the timetable previously agreed. Naturally, the dismantling of the marquee structures after the function also adheres to that timetable.
